Kelsey Gleason & Linda Tarshahni

We are former math teachers who decided to take control of their own professional growth by serving a community of small business owners as they pursue their passions. We love numbers, but our passion is service and helping others find success and achieve their goals. It is what we loved most about teaching and what we love most about this profession.

We are prompt, communicative, and accurate in our work, providing two sets of eyes on each of our client’s books each month. We are very active in our community through volunteering, working with our local chamber and networking. We truly believe small businesses are what make big cities feel like close communities and we truly feel fortunate to be a part of their support system. Small Business Bookkeeping Services

We are bonded and insured and offer a wide range of bookkeeping services to help you manage your finances effectively. From basic bookkeeping tasks to complex financial analysis, we have the expertise to support your business needs.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Our most popular level of service; we work exclusively in Quickbooks Online categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, tracking 1099 vendors and managing receipts.
Financial statements are sent monthly with time set aside so we can dive into the particulars of the statements, their meaning and areas of question.

Pricing starts at $250 per month and increases based on the size and volume of the account

Clean-Up/Catch-Up Work

For businesses who have neglected their books for an extended period of time, we have the capability of bringing that information up to date to provide accurate reporting for taxes or obtaining additional business credit.

While every business is different, we average about 6 weeks per year that the business is behind in its books.

Set-Up and Training

For businesses just starting out or not at a place financially to outsource bookkeeping, we can set-up the Quickbooks Online file and optimize it for the business. We also offer training on the weekly and monthly processes needed to keep the books in order and provide short supplementary videos for reference long term.

Training starts at $120 per hour.

Contact us via our website, Quickbooks ProAdvisor profile, email or phone. We work diligently to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

Discovery Call

We will reach out to you via phone to learn more about your business and your bookkeeping needs. Every business is unique and our processes reflect that individuality.

Provide Access

If a previous Quickbooks file exists, we ask for accountant level access and complete a complimentary diagnostic review of the file to determine scope of work and assess any lingering issues typically within 48 business hours.

Review Proposal

We will put together a proposal for services based on the discovery call and diagnostic review of the account. Package options will be included if applicable to your request.


Once a proposal has been accepted, the onboarding process will begin so that the clean-up or monthly bookkeeping process can begin.

How is pricing determined?

We offer flat rate pricing which is determined using multiple variables like number of transactions, number of accounts and number of loans among other things. We want our small business owners to know exactly how much they will be spending on bookkeeping each month which is why we don’t bill hourly.

We do offer add-on services like job costing or 1099 filings for a fee. We create individualized monthly or quarterly packages that can change and grow with your business.

Do I need to clean up my books prior to handing them over to you?

Absolutely not, we are well versed in clean-ups on a set of books and if needed would price a clean-up as part of our proposal. The minimum would be the current fiscal year, but if multi-year clean up is needed we can handle it.

What platforms do you work with?

For the accounting process we use Quickbooks Online exclusively for our clients. We have experience with a large number of third party applications as well, some of the most popular being Square, Stripe and Cardpointe but many other lesser and more niche specific as well. For payroll we partner with ADP but again have experience with a multitude of other platforms as well.

Do you work remotely or does the client come to you?

We work 100% remotely. While we have on occasion met a local client to get documents, the majority of our clients live all over the country.

How long is an engagement?

All new clients start off with a 3 month engagement. After that time if both parties wish to continue we offer engagements of 3 months, 6 months or a full year. A price reevaluation occurs at the end of each engagement.

What if services are needed beyond what was agreed upon in the contract?

As your company grows you may find the need to add additional services. All engagements have the option of a reassessment should your needs change. Once informing us of your change in needs, we would present you with a new proposal.
